It is highly recommended to make sure the stock availability before making any payment. Online payment will be received through SSLCOMMERZ digital payment gateway. Additional gateway charges will be applicable with online payment. If any payment needs to be refunded it may take 10-15 working days and it may even cost you additional charges, additional fees that is deducted during the payment will not be refunded in refund request. You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 48-72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although OITIJJHYA does not guarantee same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Customer needs to provide proof of purchase (invoice, money receipt) to claim warranty. Customer will pay return shipping charges for all warranty services. OITIJJHYA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. OITIJJHYA cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY

Physical damage to any product purchased from OITIJJHYA will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid or mishandling any product will void the warranty. As a result, OITIJJHYA will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer's expense.

OITIJJHYA থেকে কেনা কোনো পণ্যের শারীরিক ক্ষতি কার্যকরভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ বাতিল করবে। অনুপযুক্ত ইনস্টলেশন, শারীরিক ক্ষতি, বার্ন কেস, অপসারণ বা টেম্পারড স্টিকার, তরল দ্বারা সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি বা কোনো পণ্যের ভুল ব্যবস্থাপনা ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল করবে। OITIJJHYA থেকে ক্রয় করা কোনো শারীরিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য গ্রাহকের খরচে গ্রাহকের কাছে ফেরত দেবে।

OITIJJHYA makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. OITIJJHYA disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

All items sold through OITIJJHYA are sold in an "as-is" is condition i.e, as per manufacturers packing etc. The quality and performance of the product is dependent on the manufacturer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function or function improperly in any way following their purchase OITIJJHYA shall get the product repaired/serviced by the manufacturer. The buyer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to OITIJJHYA.
